In considering the continued sovereign governing authority of Rocky Mountain Cree Nation, we have noted the following events since the Canada Supreme Court Tsilhqot'in and Grassy Narrows land title decisions : Gitxsan Nation declaration to CNR and loggers to leave their lands forthwith.

With regard to the above, Kwa'mutsn Nation wishes to stand beside RMCN on your sovereignty matters; and, therein, we are suggesting that it may be appropriate for the OIPC International to be invited to RMCN for the exploratory purposes of sitting an OIPC Divisional Tribunal to hear complaints of trespass - and, to establish enforceable decisions.

Thank you for reviewing the following references; and, then, considering this proposal. We do consider that an adjudication that could be supported by other Original indigenous Peoples [i.e., throughout Turtle Island; as well as in nations from New Zealand, Australia, India, Japan, etc] would lend political and commercial leverage to your continued political and commercial agendas : references for review : OIPC & Land Tenure : Reverse Onus Issues : Ascendence

PS : I am always intrigued by the traditional oath of allegiance that Crown Canada and lawyers take unto Elizabeth II, her heirs and or successors - as I am with the Coronation Oath undertakings - breach of which is a criminal offence.
